TRAVEL GRANTS FOR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS TO ATTEND THE
35TH ANNUAL ONCOLOGY NURSES GROUP CONFERENCE TO BE HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS ONCOLOGY GROUP
The following travel grants are available:
• One (1) travel grant for a member of each of the regional Oncology Nurses Groups
• Two (2) Allied Health Professionals Oncology Group member grants
Each Travel Grant includes:
(a) Return economy travel
(b) Accommodation allowance of $150
(c) Registration for the Oncology Nurses Group Conference

(a) Applications open December 2011
(b) Application should be made on the approved application form
(c) Applications close 5pm Monday 25th June 2012

(e) Receipt of application will be notified by email. Applications will be reviewed by the selection committee against the provided assessment criteria. Applicants will be notified of the outcome by email
(f) Successful applicants must present a report, in writing to the Cancer Council Queensland Professional Education Co-ordinator within six (6) weeks of return from the conferenc. Report writing guidelines will be provided
Travel bookings and conference registration will be arranged by Cancer Council Queensland Brisbane office. Successful applicants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
