Format
Abstracts must be submitted using the Microsoft Word template supplied through the link below. The abstract must be submitted as a Word document. The abstract must not exceed the 250 word limit, excluding the title, author’s names and affiliations.
Heading
The heading must include the title of the paper, presenting author and institute underlined, all other authors and institutes, and all contact details for the presenting author. The abstract title should be in Arial font, bold, 14pt size and centered.
Text
Abstract text must be in standard Arial font, 12pt size, single-spaced and justified. Leave a line between paragraphs but do not indent.
The abstract should state the purpose of the presentation and provide a clear and brief summary of what will be presented. It should clearly indicate the purpose, main arguments and conclusion of the presentation.

Guidelines
Oral presentation of selected papers must not exceed 20 minutes.
Abstracts must be prepared for both oral and poster presentations.
Posters will be displayed on single sided display panels 1800mm wide x 900mm high. Posters must fit within these dimensions
Submission of abstracts
All abstracts must be submitted in electronic format, either Email version or on-line.

Registration fee must be received no later than Wednesday 25th July 2012 in order to present oral or poster presentations.
Authors will be notified by email of the receipt of their abstract. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Authors will be notified by email of the acceptance of their abstract as soon as possible after review. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Program and Abstract book.
